Exciting news from Lennar, the homebuilder behind the vibrant Summers Corner community in Summerville, SC! They are taking luxury to the next level with a planned $30 million Club at Summers Corner. This facility, located at the corner of Clayfield Trail and Summers Drive, will feature bars, restaurants, a dedicated kids’ area, and more. Spanning 2 acres of water, the Club will include four swimming areas, water slides, and an adults-only bar. Set to open as early as next summer, the pool club will be a residents-only haven, with potential future access for nonresidents for a fee. Since its development began in 2018, Summers Corner is growing with 1,500 homes already built and plans for a total of 7,000 homes. Stay tuned for more updates!
