We rolled up our sleeves and took part in the 2024 Beach Sweep/River Sweep Litter Cleanup with the Town of Mt. Pleasant, SCDNR, and the SC Sea Grant Consortium!
We worked hard to clean up our beautiful marshes, removing all kinds of debris like cigarette butts, bottles, plastic cups, ropes, car rims, diapers, and even a flat-screen TV! 🚮💪 Every little bit helps keep our environment clean and healthy.
After the cleanup, we gathered for a well-earned lunch and football at Kickin’ Chicken. We celebrated great teamwork and enjoyed even better company!
