T&H Project in the News: Berkeley Commerce Center
This multi-building, Class-A industrial campus in Summerville, SC, is progressing towards its completion in 2025! Our team played a key role in assisting the initial landowner with rezoning the property to a Planned Development within Berkeley County. The project covers approximately 300 acres and includes over 2.6 million square feet of industrial facilities.
We’re collaborating with Rushmark Properties on the planning, design, permitting, and construction services for Phase 1. This phase includes two distribution warehouse facilities spanning 505,440 square feet and 267,840 square feet, alongside the development of 3,100 linear feet of roadway, 3,900 linear feet of water infrastructure, and 3,400 linear feet of gravity sewer lines. Construction is well underway.
