Exciting news from Tri-County Technical College! The $22M renovation of Oconee Hall on the Pendleton campus is complete. The updated academic building officially reopened on November 20, 2024, with a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The renovation increased Oconee Hall’s size by 44% while preserving 87% of its original structural steel—a thoughtful balance of expansion and sustainability.
Staff will move in this month, and students will begin classes in the revamped space in spring 2025. T&H was proud to provide civil and landscape architecture services for this project, working alongside DP3 Architects and Harper General Contractors.
