25 Sep T&H’s Savannah Gardens Project Wins ULI Award of Excellence
On September 14th, 2023 Thomas & Hutton had the honor of attending the ULI Atlanta 27th Awards for Excellence! The ULI Atlanta Awards for Excellence program recognizes outstanding real estate development projects or initiatives that exemplify ULI’s mission to shape the future of cities for transformative impact worldwide.
Thomas & Hutton’s Savannah Gardens project won the ULI Award of Excellence in Affordable/Workplace Residential. The Affordable and Workforce Housing Development category recognizes exemplary developments demonstrating creativity in expanding housing opportunities, such as those that meet “affordable” and “workforce” housing needs and help create vibrant mixed-income communities.
