
Frank serves as the Government Services & Business Development Manager for regions throughout Georgia. He is a graduate from UGA’s Engineering Program with over 40 years of public service experience. He has dedicated his career to serving the citizens and communities across the state. Frank served as an engineer for Jackson EMC and also worked for Georgia Power. Frank went on to be a city and county manager for two decades. He followed that up as an economic development director for two counties as well. Thus far in his career he has managed natural gas systems, run operations in the electric utility industry, worked to build two county wide water systems, expanded sewer service in several communities, and even worked in the telecommunications industry where he built several radio and communication systems. Frank’s government experience included budgeting, personnel management, hundreds of transportation projects, emergency services, solid waste, and recycling programs. His success in economic development led to bringing in the largest single investment in each of two communities. His efforts to push legislation have been instrumental in growing investments, creating jobs, expanding business opportunities, and improving the lives for Citizens across Georgia. Frank collaborates closely with local leaders in Counties and Municipalities, State agencies, and Chambers of Commerce all across our state to help our communities be successful.
