With 11 years of experience spanning site assessment, rezoning, preliminary engineering, permitting, design, and construction administration, Nestor brings a well-rounded perspective to every project he leads. His work across water/wastewater, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, along with his roles as Project Manager, Engineer, and Construction Administrator, reflects his dedication to building better communities through strong leadership and technical excellence.
