Andy serves as the Civil Department Manager in the Atlanta/Chamblee office, overseeing office operations and site development projects within greater metro Atlanta and north Georgia.  A licensed Professional Engineer, Andy joined Thomas & Hutton in November of 2018 with the opening of Thomas & Hutton’s Atlanta region. He brings over 14 years of experience in the planning, design, and management of land development, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects for both private and public sectors throughout the southeast. Andy’s core focus areas include residential, mixed-use, office-institutional, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and municipal projects. He utilizes his industry knowledge to provide planning and engineering guidance, project management, and value to our clients and projects.  Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
