Jean Abi-Aoun, PE

As the Civil Department Manager at Thomas & Hutton’s Orlando office, Jean leads a team of engineers and designers in delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions across a wide range of land development and infrastructure projects. His role encompasses project management, client relationship building, team development, and ensuring technical excellence. Jean holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, along with a master’s degree in finance from Webster University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida and brings diverse experience in both private land development and municipal engineering work. Jean is also actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Florida Engineering Society, and the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED program.
