Traditional Neighborhood Development Project: 200 River Landing

Daniel Island is a 3,000-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development and its master plan incorporates a mixture of housing types, combining large and small single-family lots, townhomes, and apartments to create neighborhoods, rather than subdivisions.  The development includes a Town Center designed and positioned to be the economic, social, and cultural hub of the community. Further, the layout creates a varied public network of parks and community facilities available to the population as a whole.
