Thomas & Hutton provided site planning and design for a 75,000-square foot manufacturing and office facility, loading dock, and parking with plans for expansion to 200,000 square feet. Thomas & Hutton provided project design, permitting, and construction administration. It was an $8 million dollar investment and generated 55 jobs. Additionally, it is estimated to generate a $31 million annual economic impact to the area.
