Cedar Stone Community Park features a 4-field baseball complex, comprised of 225-foot synthetic turf little league fields as well as sidewalks, concession/restroom building, shade structure, pavilion shelter, and a playground. Pursuant to the Town of Smyrna’s master plan, the 80-acre property was purchased from Rutherford County School Board and will be developed in multiple phases. Current Thomas & Hutton employees, prior to their firm joining Thomas & Hutton, provided site design for utilities, underground drainage and detention, and the parking lot as well as full-time construction inspection and administration services. They also coordinated the services of the entire project team which included surveying, architectural, MEP engineering, and landscape architecture.
