Thomas & Hutton provided site land planning, coordinated the necessary surveys, due diligence, environmental assessments, and project mapping information required to prepare a South Carolina Department of Commerce (SCDOC) site certification package. The Darlington County Tech Foundation Park consists of 143 acres of proposed industrial development located on US Highway 52.

Thomas & Hutton provided boundary, wetland, and topographical surveys, in addition to GIS mapping and site due diligence in preparation of the site certification submittal. The project included coordinating with the utility companies and agencies to research all existing infrastructure and service availability to the site. Thomas & Hutton also coordinated with S&ME to provide the required environmental assessments for the site certification.
