Thomas & Hutton provided full engineering services for a laboratory and office complex to serve the operations of the US Customs and Border Protection.  The 1-story, 35,000-square foot facility is located on approximately six acres and was designed through collaboration with the design team and the US Customs and Border Protection.  Thomas & Hutton provided planning assistance, entitlements, utility coordination, site design, permitting, and construction services, as well as assistance in the accreditation process for obtaining LEED Silver Certification.
