Thomas & Hutton provided the original marina design, including floating docks, dredging, and bulkhead. The project included modifications of the concrete sheet pile bulkhead, installation of breakwaters and additional piers, and the removal and replacement of concrete floating docks, power centers, water lines, and piling. The dredging of the marina and the addition of a wave and sedimentation barrier wall with the timber boardwalk were also provided.
