Thomas & Hutton provided entitlement, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for the 8-story, 200-room urban infill hotel in the heart of Nashville’s rapidly growing SoBro neighborhood.  The project fills a gap between the convention center area of downtown and southern interstate loop, bringing revitalization to an underutilized city block that’s just a short walk from Nashville’s top attractions, such as Bridgestone Arena (home of the Predators), the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Convention Center, the Symphony Hall, the Tennessee State Capitol, and more.
