One Hampton Lake

One Hampton Lake is a luxury apartment complex, consisting of 330 units, located on a nearly 195-acre lake, directly adjacent to the private Hampton Lake residential community. Thomas & Hutton provided civil/site design, water and wastewater, and surveying services for the development of the apartment complex. The expansion of the existing lake was considered throughout the planning phase for the creation of additional waterfront units. Careful attention was given to providing the residents with easy access to first-rate outdoor amenities including a pool, walking trails, and kayak launch, while preserving the natural elements of the Lowcountry. Thomas & Hutton assisted with various coordination efforts between the proposed developer and the existing community representatives to help each party achieve their design goals.
