Thomas & Hutton provided conceptual master planning and the design services for the Phase II expansion of the Pooler Recreation Complex.  The design included approximately 2,000 linear feet of roadway and a 500-space parking facility to serve the new football facility – the City’s first stadium.  Services included specifications and bid assistance for the 4,000-seat bleacher and press box facilities and proposed new turf renovation. Water and wastewater was provided to serve the new concession stand, locker room facilities, and bathroom facilities.
