Thomas &  Hutton is providing project management for procurement of Design Professional and Construction Manager at Risk, preparation of contract documents, project budget validation, project scheduling, review of design documents and technical specifications for conformance with SCCPSS design guidelines, as well as Georgia Department of Education design standards, and project administration, including project schedule, pay requests, responding to requests for information, and coordination of Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.  Projects have included Isle of Hope K8, Rice Creek Elementary, New Hampstead High School, Islands High School, Pulaski Elementary, Oglethorpe Middle School, and more.
