Located just six miles from the Port of Savannah, the Savannah River International Trade Park and NorthPort Industrial Park are a combined 1,300-acre industrial development that houses over 12.5 million square feet of constructed Class-A Warehouse Space, with capacity for another 1.5 million square feet at full build out.
Currently constructed buildings totaling over 287 acres. The facilities provide tenants with direct access to the Port of Savannah, the largest single-container terminal in North America and the fourth busiest port in the United States. The total investment in both parks is nearly $1 billion; of which, nearly all has been privately funded.
Thomas & Hutton provided civil engineering consulting services for surveying, planning, and design for all sites and infrastructure including roadways, water, and sewer infrastructure in both sites since their inception in 2004. In addition to providing civil engineering consulting services, Thomas & Hutton provided due diligence and coordination between the sellers and prospective buyers of the sites. In working with multiple sellers and buyers simultaneously, proprietary information and confidentiality of our clients was and is of utmost importance.
