Sam Sebaali, PE

Sam is an accomplished engineering professional with over three decades of experience leading civil engineering projects across Florida. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering degrees from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University. As a Regional Director for the Orlando Office, Sam brings a proven track record of strategic growth, technical excellence, and team development. He is known for his collaborative approach and ability to navigate complex stormwater management and land development challenges. Sam serves in various leadership roles within his community, reflecting a deep commitment to civic engagement. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and connected through personal and professional networks. His leadership is defined by integrity and a passion for building better communities. Sam is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states as well as a Florida licensed general contractor. He is also a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers and National Society of Professional Engineers.
