- Nothing is more rewarding than visiting a project you’ve completed- whether it’s been newly finished or if it’s a place that’s been completed for over 20 years. Creating devices, techniques, and implementation strategies that help build a better vision and a healthier community are a part of our overall culture. As Albert Einstein says, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” The ability for everyone in our company to engage in the creation and improvement of an engineering system is what excites us. - Thomas & Hutton strongly believes in giving back to the community through service and philanthropy. Many of our people sit on various boards and coordinate service projects for charitable organizations ranging from the Rape Crisis Center, March of Dimes, Humane Society, America’s Second Harvest, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Union Mission, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, to name a few. We have representatives for different rotaries in our communities. Also, we hold fundraisers such as Jeans Day Fridays, Chili Cook-Offs, and our Office Olympics for proceeds to go toward a good cause. Recently, we implemented a new service program, T&H Helping Hands, to volunteer at nonprofit organizations.
