29 Nov T&H Honored with 2018 Business Service Award
Thomas & Hutton was recognized by Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce today with the 2018 Business Service Award! Thomas & Hutton’s relationship with Berkeley County includes providing program management, design and permitting, and construction management services for Berkeley County for Volvo’s first US manufacturing plant from 2015-2017. Our services included preparing the 1,200-acre Volvo site for construction of the facility and associated localized and regional nine miles of transportation improvements, including ten miles of regional water main infrastructure, a 750,000-gallon regional water storage tank, and 1,150-gpm pump station and 10-inch force main for the regional wastewater infrastructure for the surrounding industrial developments. As a part of the award, the Chamber recognized Thomas & Hutton for our continued presence working on multiple projects in the area.
