T&H is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services on the project that is proposed for East Nashville’s flourishing Five Points district. Developer, M Cubed is planning a 24-room boutique style hotel that will be located in the heart of the Five Points district’s bar, restaurant, and retail scene. The area is also a recognized Opportunity Zone, a federal initiative to attract development in lower-income census tracts.
