T&H project, The Ponds was ranked #1 in Dorchester County, South Carolina and #2 across the Charleston, South Carolina market for homes closed in January – April of 2019 by Real Estate Information Service (REIS), in their latest “New Homes Review”. T&H project, Cane Bay in Berkeley County was also mentioned as the top closer of new homes for the same period in the Charleston market.
