Dutch Dialogues Charleston Results

On September 27th, several representatives from T&H attended a public meeting at the Galliard Center in downtown Charleston to discuss the results of Charleston’s Dutch Dialogues. The meeting was hosted by the City of Charleston and the Historic Charleston Foundation.

T&H participated in this summer’s Dutch Dialogues design symposium which brought together subject matter experts to explore flooding solutions for the city of Charleston. We also worked with The Water Institute of the Gulf, the primary organizer of Dutch Dialogues, prior to the event to advise on existing conditions and work taking place in the region. TWIG also used GeothinQ throughout the Dutch Dialogues process to help determine areas at risk for flooding and sea level rise.
