T&H Project In The News: LiDL Distribution Center

The Newton County Office of Economic Development and Industrial Development Authority welcomes a 925,000-square-foot LiDL US distribution center to its growing commercial community. The international grocer notes Georgia’s superior logistics infrastructure, and Newton’s close proximity to I-20 as the premier reason to locate the distribution center in the area, where it will serve LiDL stores across the region. Georgia Governor Brian Kemp announced the news of the $100-million investment and 270 full-time jobs that will come with the distribution center last week. T&H assisted the Development Authority with site selection, site layout, cost estimating, environmental planning, traffic analysis, and water & sewer planning for the site to be located in western Newton County.
