Construction is underway at the Portside Distribution Center in Berkeley County, SC for the first of two heavy industrial buildings on site that will house logistics companies, aerospace and automotive suppliers, defense contractors, light manufacturers and last-mile distributors. T&H is providing site, civil, and landscape design for the 31-acre development. The first building is expected to open this September! Check out the full article on the project in the AJOT.
