Sunland Logistics Locates In Georgia International Trade Center

Sunland Logistics will be moving into a 100,000 square foot space in Building 1A at Effingham County’s Georgia International Trade Center to manage a fulfillment center for Panasonic Corporation of North America. Sunland manages 4 million square feet of warehousing operations in the Southeast and Midwest US. The Effingham County Industrial Development Authority looks forward to Sunland being a part of the regional market, with supply chain options for customers at the Port of Savannah.
T&H has worked with Chesterfield, developer of the Georgia International Trade Center since its inception, and worked on the site as the Exley Tract before Chesterfield purchased the land from the Exley family. For the Trade Center, we have provided due diligence assistance, water/sewer/storm master planning, survey, road/water/sewer infrastructure design, and landscape architecture.  We are also currently designing an elevated water tank for the Trade Center. For each individual site at the Trade Center T&H has provided survey, full site design, and landscape architecture services. We have also designed a total of seven warehouse/distribution facilities, totaling at about 4.3 million square feet, all within the last 19 months. This includes Building 1A where Sunland will operate.
The news of Sunland at the Trade Center was featured in the Effingham Herald.
