09 Jun Thomas & Hutton Returns to In-Office Operations
Over the next few weeks Thomas & Hutton will be returning to our offices and reducing work from home schedules. Similar to our work in designing transformative and resilient solutions for our clients, we will continue to design an adaptive workplace, following safety measures based on local government organizations and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance.
Our workplace may look and feel a bit different, but our employee-driven culture of collaboration and innovation is just as strong as ever at Thomas & Hutton. Just to name a few changes, there will be limits on client and guest visits to the office, limits on number of people in conference rooms, multiple hand sanitizing stations in each office, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols, new signage outlining CDC guidelines, and practicing face covering best practices for employees and visitors in accordance with CDC guidelines. Our employees will also partake in a daily COVID-19 Risk Survey before 7:30 AM before arriving to the office.
To make the transition back to working in the office and adjustment to new protocols a little easier, we’ve given each employee a “Welcome Back Kit” that includes a reusable face mask, hand sanitizer, and an antimicrobial copper hook for touching surfaces and doorways. The Welcome Back Kit also features a $50 gift card that must be used to support a local establishment, representing more than $16,000 in the pockets of our employees to invest in our local economies and businesses impacted the most by stay-at-home orders.
We look forward to our employees’ safe, healthy, and productive return to the office, and wish the same for our clients and partners.
