22 WestEdge Nears Completion

The first phase of the 40-acre WestEdge development in Charleston is nearing capacity with 78% of its spaces leased in advance! The 22 WestEdge office will be home to ground floor retail and restaurant space and upper levels will contain the MUSC Health bioinformatics department, Charleston Digital Corridor, and Harbour Club at WestEdge.

T&H provided civil design, landscape architecture, water resources, structural, transportation design, and survey services for the WestEdge development along the Ashley River. WestEdge sits atop a former landfill and was redeveloped to serve as a hub for the biotech and life science community in Charleston, an extension of nearby universities and hospitals.
