The Birthdays for All “Balloon “Tree” is back at our Charleston office as a part of T&H Helping Hands this month. Birthdays For All is a local non-profit that believes that every child should celebrate their birthday. Birthdays For All works with the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) to get wish lists from foster children so they can receive something picked out specially for them, they the only nonprofit providing birthday presents to foster children in the Lowcountry, including Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties.
