In March 2020, Thomas & Hutton, along with the rest of the country, found itself in unknown territory actively monitoring and implementing measures amidst the Novel Coronavirus (COVID–19) outbreak. Throughout our decision-making process, we remained committed to our communities, clients, employees, and families. Our leadership team worked quickly and diligently during these uncharted times to understand client expectations regarding our professional services and established systems to meet those expectations, while maintaining the health of all those involved. A telecommute plan was implemented in mid-March, and although our offices and conference rooms were empty, we felt more connected than ever while continuing to serve our clients and communities. Upon a slow reentry to the office in June, we discovered our team grew stronger by focusing on communication and tools that maintained Thomas & Hutton’s “One Company” culture even when apart.
