Pee Dee Electric Industrial Site Master Plan

We are excited to work with Anson County, NC supporting their goal of expanding business opportunities in the area with the development of the 120-acre Pee Dee Electric, North Carolina industrial site. T&H is developing a master plan with North Carolina’s Southeast based on the site’s proximity to regional infrastructure and transportation assets through a U.S. Economic Development Administration grant. The master plan tasks included preliminary field investigation, aerial mapping, geotechnical reconnaissance, overview of GIS topography, data research and collection, due diligence review, available utilities on and off site, infrastructure and transportation assets, master plan layout, cost estimate for development, and recommended next steps.
