SunCap Closes On Spartan Exchange Phase Two

SunCap Property Group closed on 23 acres for the development of Spartan Exchange Phase Two in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Thomas & Hutton provided civil design for the site that will include a 213,200-square-foot light industrial facility on Tyger Lake Road including consulting, bridging document finalization phase, design phase, permit phase, construction monitoring, and closeout. The property is located on Highway 29 near the I-85 interchange with prime access to major highways, the Inland Port, and regional manufacturing outfits.
