Trends in supply chain management have shifted greatly in the past year. In response to this change, Trinity Capital Advisors is developing the 600,000-square-foot Delta Drive Industrial Park off of Exit 14 of Interstate 85 in west Gastonia. T&H will provide engineering, preliminary, and final design, as well as landscape architecture services. The cross-dock building will feature 130 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 36-foot clear heights to fit the needs of distribution for manufacturers, e-commerce, and third-party logistics. The building and site were designed with the flexibility to accommodate an expansion of up to 1 million square feet.
