Plans for luxury senior living are moving ahead in Kiawah Island. Life Plan Village was created in response to growing resident interest in diversified housing options. An initial rendering and site plan were presented to the Town of Kiawah Island Council this week. The 200-unit community will be located at Kiawah’s mixed-use commercial community center, Freshfields Village. Freshfields is also a T&H project. T&H is on the team for Life Plan Village with LS3P architects.
