Construction has commenced on The Lowe, a four-story multifamily complex coming to downtown Savanah. The Lowe will feature 46 studios, 77 one-bedroom units, and 12 two-bedroom apartments. T&H worked on the MED Developers team for the project that is expected to meet the growing demand for rental units in the downtown area.
