What does the future hold for the Town of Bluffton, SC? An update to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan, “The Blueprint Bluffton Comprehensive Plan” hopes to answer that question. Thomas & Hutton is providing stormwater and water/wastewater guidance to MKSK for the first amendment to the Comprehensives Plan in seven years.
