T&H is providing conceptual master planning and zoning assistance for the creation of new workforce housing in Sugar Hill. The 305-unit development is the first workforce housing to be located outside of the city’s downtown. The project is a step towards diversifying the area’s housing market, currently dominated by single-family homes.
