The McCraney Property Company site on Fire Tower Road outside of Charlotte is in the home stretch of approvals before work can begin on the +/- 100-acre industrial property. The project will continue to make Rock Hill and York County a beacon for business and jobs production. The project is located near the Carolina Panthers HQ, which has already fostered tremendous investment in the I-77 corridor.
Thomas & Hutton has provided planning and consulting services assisting McCraney in the rezoning and sketch plan review process with the City of Rock Hill.
