‘Yallywood’, the endearing nickname for the film industry in Georgia is not just limited to Atlanta these days. The Coastal Empire stakes its own claim to the growing demand for sound stage and studio space with the announcement of KAT-5 Studios within the New Hampstead PUD on the west side of Savannah.
T&H is working on the Development Associates, Inc. team providing civil engineering services for the studio. We’ve been involved in the development of the New Hampstead PUD from the very beginning providing entitlement and zoning assistance to the master developer.
