T&H provided extensive transportation and underground utility engineering design for The City of Dublin’s transformation of Hillcrest Parkway. Hillcrest is a major urban arterial in the City that interacts with multiple schools, commercial nodes, and highly trafficked intersecting roadways. McClendon Enterprises has overseen the multiple improvements to the 3-mile roadway consisting of an expansion to five lanes with six upgraded traffic signals and sidewalks throughout.
