Members of the Charleston Environmental Department enjoyed a site tour of our Berkeley County (SC) Government PS 106 Replacement Project. Tour guide, John Johnson, provided some important construction-related insight associated with the proposed pump station replacement project. Activities observed included placement of a large precast section for the wetwell, and the jack and boring of a 20-inch forcemain and associated steel casing under a busy SCDOT roadway.
