07 Oct Peach County Receives GRAD Select Certification at GEDA Conference
Congratulations to the Development Authority of Peach County, Georgia on receiving the Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) certification for the Robins International Industrial Park in Byron, GA. GRAD sites allow developments to be put on a fast-track construction through advanced due diligence. Peach County and other recently certified sites in the state were recognized by the Georgia Department of Economic Development at the Georgia Economic Developers Association – GEDA annual conference in Savannah! We’d also like to extend our congratulations to Robbie Bennett and Taylor Edwards of the Development Authority of Columbia County on the certification of the White Oak Business Park Phase 2. T&H is providing civil engineering services at White Oak.
T&H proudly served as the Joint Development Authority of Peach County and City of Warner Robins (JDA Group) consultant for obtaining the ‘GRAD Certified Select’ status for the Robins International Industrial Park providing clearing and mass grading plans, as well as preparation of covenants. Select status indicates that the site has met or exceeded more rigorous certification requirements. T&H VP/Regional Director, Ralph Forbes and BJ Walker of the Development Authority of Peach County accepted the award.
