Join us in welcoming Jerr Smith to T&H’s Charlotte Region as a Project Manager! He has over 30 years of experience in municipal and state projects as well as higher education, K12, commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects. Jeff is a North Carolina State University alumni and an avid cyclist. He spends much of his free time on the trails of the US National Whitewater Center, a Charlotte project that he helped master plan. Welcome to the T&H Family, Jeff!
