Several housing groups, including the Greenville Housing Fund, have come together to plan a 147-unit senior housing development in Greenville’s Southernside neighborhood. T&H is providing ongoing civil, landscape architecture, and hardscape design, as well as stormwater permitting and construction observation for developer, Greystone! We are proud to assist in the effort to fill a need for affordable, senior housing to Greenville.
