The Charleston Business Journal covered a public hearing on the Tea Farm Tract in Ravenel, SC. The City Council voted unanimously for initial approval in September for a planned development (PD) on 400 acres of the 3,000-acre property to be annexed and remain largely agricultural. T&H is working with the landowner, providing rezoning, plats, and a traffic study for a portion of the land. Click here to read more.
