A vision two decades in the making, the Battery Park Pedestrian Bridge will connect North Charleston’s Riverfront Park to the northern end of the old Charleston Naval Base. The base is set to undergo extensive redevelopment in the coming years and will include single and multi-family homes, recreation spaces, and commercial uses. T&H is working with the City of North Charleston on the Pedestrian Bridge, currently under construction, and on plans to redevelop a 30-acre City-owned property adjacent to the creek, to be known as Battery Park.
