What was once two surface parking lots is now a dynamic mixed-use development! River Rock (formerly known as 4th & Cherry) is a 162-unit development located in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee’s Riverfront District. It will feature a variety of housing types ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom townhomes. Four and five-story mixed-use buildings fronting 4th Street will include 15,000 SF of ground-level retail space with studios, one, and two-bedroom flats available. Three-story rowhouses on Walnut and Cherry Streets bookend a parking garage that is accessed from one of two new mid-block alleyways.
